When the cost of orthopedic surgical treatment was unaffordable to the poor people, he had concentrated more on trauma and started  clinical research work on low cost surgeries  from 1990 onwards. Concentrating more on the  analysis of causative force of the fracture by clinical and radiological findings,  reduced the fractured bone by reversing the mechanical force and  fixed the fracture percutaneously with K-wire after clinical judgement, without any surgical incisions. In the initial period he had done the CRPP without C-arm for reducing the cost of surgeries. After a decade a C-arm was purchased  and extended  the technique of CRPP to almost all fractures.   Since Semalk Hospital is functioning with social commitment and most of the patients are coming from poor financial background, he  could give effective treatment to the poor patients without much financial burden. In addition to CRPP, many open surgeries were conducted for almost all fractures and achieved excellent results during the last 35 years.
